Sudhagad is one of the best hill fort near Pune. This is a simple trek and requires less stamina than other forts in the vicinity. It is enveloped in dense forest of ‘Sudhagad Sanctuary.’ It is one of the coolest places near Pune for camping and nature trails. Sudhagad was also called as Bhorapgad. Marathas took over this fort and named it Sudhagad which means Sweet One in Marathi. In later age, the Peshwas took control of this fort. Although, currently this place is in ruins, it reminds us about the glorious past.

03:00 PM - Departure from Pune. 07:00 PM - Arrival at base village. Start trekking. 09:30 PM - Reach at top and have dinner. 10:00 PM - Explore the fort in moonlight. 12:00 AM - Rest.
